Brewer’s Yeast

When avoiding Brewer’s Yeast due to an IgG reactivity, please avoid the following foods:

  • Wine and Beer
  • Some Probiotics and B-Vitamins
  • Soy Sauce, Coconut Aminos, or other fermented sauces
  • Vinegar (Except Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar)
  • Foods that contain Vinegar (some Mustards, Olives, and Pickles)
  • Vegemite and Marmite
